Companies must evaluate, with increasing frequency, how effective their corporate management is monitored, and whether management or supervisory boards are adequately qualified to perform this monitoring role. These issues are currently the focus of a pan-European debate.
The "Supervisory Board Audit" (in German known as "Aufsichtsrat Audit") package on self- and third-party supervisory board auditing is now available. It provides businesses with effective means for increasing or regaining shareholder and creditor confidence in management monitoring. The tool was developed by DORDA BRUGGER JORDIS, in conjunction with INARA (Initiative AufsichtsRäte Austria) and Contrast Management-Consulting.
