Nicol Schneider

Nicol Schneider joined DORDA in 2022 and assists clients in international and domestic arbitration proceedings as well as litigations with a focus on commercial and construction disputes. In addition, Nicol specialises on private client matters representing clients in inheritance or trust disputes. Prior to joining DORDA, Nicol was a lecturer at the University of Vienna and the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna. Nicol is admitted to the Austrian Bar and holds two law degrees from the New York University (LL.M.) and the University of Vienna (Mag.iur.). Nicol regularly publishes articles, her latest publication deals with the question how to effectively include arbitration clauses in testaments (published in the Austrian Yearbook on International Arbitration 2023).
